Accessibility Statement

One Development and Construction wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people with disabilities and people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control or a keyboard instead of a mouse.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content easier to use for people with a wide range of disabilities.

What we do

• Every page has a clear heading structure, a “Skip to main content” link and a visible keyboard focus.
• Images have text alternatives, and embedded videos have descriptive titles. Moving background videos can be paused.
• Text and buttons have enough color contrast, and pages can be zoomed or read on a phone without losing content.
• Forms have labels, and the menu, sliders, project filters and the cookie banner work with a keyboard.
• We review the site regularly, with automated tools and by hand, and fix what we find.

Known limitations

• Some content comes from other companies, such as the embedded YouTube and Vimeo videos. We choose these services with accessibility in mind, but we cannot fully control them.
• Older news articles may contain images or documents that are not yet fully accessible. If you need any of them in another format, contact us and we will provide it.
