U.S. Tsubaki Automotive
One Development installed six punch press foundations for US Tsubaki in Chicopee, MA. These concrete foundations are custom designed specifically for US Tsubaki’s manufacturing process and are heavily reinforced. Upon completion, concrete was epoxy coated for cleanliness and durability. Steel plates and grating bear on steel angle embeds to create working areas and walkways above the recessed structures. A punch press was installed on four leveling plates that have a 2MM elevation tolerance.
